Return Policy
1. Order Process
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure product safety and hygiene, return eligibility is defined as follows:
- Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery - Opened Products
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
2. Return Process
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.
Return requests must include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error
- Ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Providing valid proof of purchase for all return requests
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
